RE: My bagger and I were mistreated
That was Friday, so I considered it all weekend. \\; The wife said I should give them another chance, so I did. \\; They kept the my dear Sherry, all week. \\; I finally called on Friday to check progress and they still weren't finished. \\; She said Sat. it would be ready. \\; Noon Sat. I called again, it was all done, except their detailer was out, so the scratches made by the other place had not been addressed.

Bruce the service manager started covering all the details, he admited fault for the wobble, brakes, the leak they had created by destroying my clutch cable, then destroying the new one they put on. \\; He said they had broke my fairing bracker as well and he fix it. \\; He apologized all over himself for the ineptness. \\; The he said, "you need to call Jason at the other location and ask how much of this he'll pay for" WTF?

RE: My bagger and I were mistreated
I was pissed, completely enraged. \\; I was told it was all covered, not another dime. \\; I told them that. \\; The bike wasn't washed and still scratched. They decided to let the Owner handle it. \\; Bubba Boswell was consulted and in his infinite wisdom, decided I should pay for all the cost of parts. \\; \\; The girl helping Cindy was in awe, she really didn't think I should pay for anything, especially considering it was only $150. \\; She actually washed my bike before i got there.  \\;

RE: My bagger and I were mistreated
In the end, they defeated the purpose for the survey company and Bubba Boswell made it clear a customer is not worth $150. \\; My bike was being held ransom and I had to pay to get it back. \\; Anyone local or passing through, go to another dealer.  \\;
