If the 2009's have a wider rear tire which requires a wider rear fender, I doubt it will be an easy modification to get it to work.

when you say that that bracket will fit in the forward docking hardware&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; do you mean the back rest mounts?...got a &nbsp\\;part number?

Eddyd.....does the toupak sit lower with that mount? cause i'd love to get rid of that ugly a$$ factory&nbsp\\;QD mount i have now.

Yep, the Millwaukee Bagger TP mount uses the forward (backrest) docking points. I thinks it may lower the TP slightly heres a link to their website http://www.milwaukeebagger.com/Accessories.html&nbsp\\;scroll down to the detachable TP mount
