My wife is a massage therapist and swears by this since she abuses her hands and arms. Fill the bathroom sink with water, put in a couple trays of ice and soak hands for about 5-8 minutes. AND don't grip so tight! Safe riding.

First thing I bought for my bike is a cramp buster for the throttle, and I have just the plain old fat foam grips.

Loosen up on the grips.&nbsp\\; I rest my fingers on the hand levers for a different position.&nbsp\\;

Also - may be that the stock grips are too small fer yer hands. What size glove do you wear?

ORIGINAL: omgtkk

Try switching to Kuryakyn Iso-Grips with the throttle boss. \\\\\\; That will give you a larger diameter grip and the throttle is a place to rest the heel of your hand. \\\\\\; They also do a good job of absorbing vibration that tranmits through the bars. \\\\\\; Installation is an easy do-it-yourself.
+1 on the Kury ISOs.
