I live near there and just around the corner from their other dealership, Gator Harley. I've had little experience with either, but I hear many more favorable comments from fellow bikers than unfavorable ones.

 

I've used them for maintenance many times&nbsp\\;before I took over my own maintenance, and have no big complaints.&nbsp\\; They are good guys to deal with.&nbsp\\;

 

Been in their dealership a few times, they seem to be good folks.

 

I recently purchased an 08 Ultra from them.&nbsp\\; The salesman and finance guys were good to deal with.

 

I must be honest, for the most part, my experience with Stormy Hill Harley Davidson has been okay, with the exception of my only two dealings with the "general" manager Richard "Chip" Simpson. This moron is rude, obnoxious, arrogant and very unprofessional. He must be related to the owner. I cannot fathom any self respecting business owner allowing this rude and arrogant idiot to be in charge of an out-house, let alone a Harley Davidson dealership.

This moron isn't only rude to the customers, he's rude to the employees as well. If you plan to visit this dealership, stay far away from Richard "Chip" Simpson as you possibly can. If for any reason you have to encounter this idiot, be prepared to be insulted and treated as if you have no worth.

I am a business owner and if I treated any of my clients in the manner this idiot treats his customers and employees, I would have been out of business long ago. It's a blessing to the owners that they have the Harley Davidson name over their building. If not for that, I'm sure, with "Chip" running the show, they would have been out of business many years ago.

It's a shame that a decent establishment should lose business because of one arrogant moron. I have now advised my entire HOG Chapter, friends, family and any one who will listen, NEVER GO TO STORMY HILL HARLEY DAVIDSON AS LONG AS Richard "Chip" Simpson IS THE GENERAL MANAGER!!!

 

Been out there a few times. The folks I dealt with were good people. If you can show proof of military service they give a discount of 10 or 15% I don't remember which. If they were closer they would be my favorite dealership.

 

Bought an 06 road king classic from them. they gave me a decent deal and serviced the bike well too.
