Default Heat question

I've been reading this forum for over a year now. When I first started reading it I don't remember seeing any posts about the heat coming off the engine of the 07's. Is it because of the new EPA reg's for 08 that are causing the heat?
I've changed my 08 to synthetics. Next is 4" Vance Hines, big sucker and race tuner. How much will this new set up reduce the heat?

I've seen hundreds of posts about the heat issue on 07's. I spent a boatload of coin dealing with the heat issue. Mine was so bad it would lamost bring tears to your eyes. I got tired of my ********* being fried so I went with a PCIII and true duals. No more heat and my ********* are fine now.

I dont see how you could have missed the 07, heat,posts must have been hundreds. Your 08 will be hotter than a firecracker till you retune it with a sert or other device,&nbsp\\;
