i didnt have a problem with mine, (other than i wanted to upgrade) and thats what i did... hope you cn get it fixed

My 07 Ultra increases volume all the way across the bars. It will blow your ears \\;away.

Mine's working fine, even at 80 on the interstate I can get it to the "too loud" point.
