I was thinking of true duels with stock mufflers, i was told they
are baffled different for the two into one.

 

No they are not the same.

 

Not sure I understand the question, but if you check your bike stock you will find most of the exhaust coming out of only one of the pipes (can't remember but I think it is the right pipe).&nbsp\\; I think part of the deal with TD's is both pipes breathe better.&nbsp\\; I put Bub7's on mine and it is a great sound and seems to run much better (did a bunch of other things, too, so I cannot attribute the improvement to any one thing.)

 

Well looking to get the heat down on the right side, but want quiet.

 

Heat is way down on mine and we built it up to a 107.&nbsp\\; A good tune with the SERT, TD crossover helps with the perceived or real torque loss and RJs heat shields. It's much better.&nbsp\\; The sound on the Bub7TD with Crossover is mild when you go easy and when you are cruising.&nbsp\\; If you want to burn fuel and make it bark you can.
