Default 08 Fuel filter canister poll

Not to start another 08 fuel filter thread, but...........&nbsp\\;This is to see how those folks with pre 08 built 2008 touring bikes are thinking.

I really hope the MOCO acknowledges this issue before someone gets injured or worse due to a stall in a situation with no escape route for a stalled bike, this MOCO acknowledgment is one I won't be waiting for.... I'll be replacing mine myself ASAP.

So far, so good.&nbsp\\; My plan is to see if I can get the local dealer to replace it under warranty, failing that, talk to the dealer I bought it from to do same, failing that, buy the damn thing and replace it my self! If I can find one in stock when I'm thinking of it, I'll pick it up and throw it (very gently!) in one of the bags for that Kodak moment in the middle of nowhere when it goes

Replaced mine myself. cost $30 and took about an hour. The original one was cracked. Maybe it would have been o k maybe not but since it is not hard to replace I didn"t want to risk getting stuck somewere.
