I have owned bikes of many colors, my first bike was candy apple red, my current Road King is Black, my next one will be Red, the Candy Apple looks great. It would be a shame to paint over your existing tin, it's a great looking bike either way.

 

I would stick with the red

 

What bars are those looks nice. Red is the new black.

 

Baffler1 has the right idea: Put those awesome blue tins on the shelf and get another red paint set.&nbsp\\; You can swap them at will, and mess with your friends too.&nbsp\\; I know you want red, but if you get rid of the blue, you'll never forgive yourself.

 

Red gets my vote.

I've always liked the deluxes ever since they came out but I still like the bags.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; I just finally figured out that you can strip down a Heritage to look about like a deluxe!&nbsp\\; Duh!&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; So,&nbsp\\; Plans for painting my baby are on hold for now.&nbsp\\; I just gotta figure out what I want to do.

I actually have a guy on the Softail forum that is looking to buy a RK and He's got a stripped down Softy.&nbsp\\; Exactly what I've been wanting,&nbsp\\; Were trying to work out a trade now. Not sure if it will happen but hoping it will!

So,&nbsp\\; I might be saying so long to the touring forum soon,&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; Who knows,&nbsp\\; maybe I'll change my mind again in another week or two!

Coming for a guy who owns a Blue 07 RkC, the RED is stunning specially since we enjoy all that chrome on our bike's.&nbsp\\; Keep them both and switch them of on days you feel you need a change.&nbsp\\; But the way how did you get to post a large photo?
