Did a complete wash/detail/polish job on the ride today. 60 degrees, threat of rain, couldn't ride anyway, so it was perfect. Got a tube of Nu Finish SCRATCH DOCTOR. Claims to remove swirls and surface scratches on clearcoat and dramatically improve color. I am SOLD, this stuff works and it really brings out the deepness in black. The bike looks like a giant friggin' piece of black chrome..... man does it shine. How's that for a product testimonial, I'm a believer in the DOCTOR!

 

why didn't you tell me that yesterday, I did the same with some Harley glaze, it's fine but really doesn't jump out at ya

In Canada, I got it at Canadian Tire. It is widely available in the US. Scratch Doctor, ROCKS!

Ive been Nufinish wax/sealer for YEARS on my cars. THat stuff in the orange bottle is awesome! First time I tried it I did half the trunk on my white 74 Monte Carlo, just to try it out. The half I did NOT do looked grey compared to the half I did! I was sold then and there.
