Default Chrome wheel cleaning

&nbsp\\;Hello agian! does anybody have a really good chrome cleaner. Now I mean I have never really been good at keeping up on making the bike look like new everytime a ride it. I run it through a car wash and dry it off and go riding. Now the chrome wheels are so dirty with brake dust , dirt and road oil they look black. Is there such a thing as spray on and spray cleaner for that? I know, I know, clean your bike more often. Thanks Guys

Simple green makes a motorcycle specific cleaner that I have found works excellent for brake dust and grime. I use the S100 stuff too and it works great. They also have a wheel cleaner. Just make sure if you buy something from wally word that it is for chrome and not cuastic as you can really screw up some wheels if you use the wrong stuff

I use simple green or spray and wash detergent.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;Wet the wheels, spray on the cleaner, wait 10 minutes, and hose it off. Works great.&nbsp\\;

I found that turtle wax premium wheel cleaner works very well on my powder coated wheels, I don't know why they wouldn't work on chrome, just check a small spot first.

S-100, it'll clean the whole bike &amp\\; not hurt a thing.&nbsp\\; If you have some spots that are difficult to get off of chrome just wipe it lightly with 0000 steel wool then wax it.

I know I'll get some ear bending, probably about the price, but here goes.&nbsp\\; I use the HD Wheel and Tire Cleaner and the Chrome Polish in a tube and they both work great.&nbsp\\; Actually the Polish, in the black tube, is fantastic.&nbsp\\; Cleans and shines really well.&nbsp\\;

Never-Dull works great at cleaning grit off chrome. Polishes up really well after use.

STOP! DO NOT use chemicals on your wheels.

Watch this. S100 polishing soap is THE BEST stuff out there. Started using it recently and it works better than anything else.
