HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY FOR YOUR STREET GLIDE? MY OLD MAN JUST PAID $22,000.

What color, cruise, abs, security? Is that out the door with taxes? They aren't all the same.

 

I paid in the $22 range with ABS, Security, and Air Cleaner and TTT out the door.

I paid 23,100.00 for my 08 105th anniversary street glide. That included security, true duals.

 

I paid $20,500 right from HDs website.&nbsp\\; All fees waived.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; ABS, wheels, security and cruise.

 

I paid 22,000.51 out the door including taxes and tags dealer charge. With a quick detachable passenger backrest and tail light mod.

Mine has cruise, ABS, Security and is&nbsp\\;Black Pearl.
cant forget the 2 T-shirts either

 

This question surfaces a lot and the bottom line is he paid what he wanted to pay or he wouldn't have got it
He now owns a 2008 SG.&nbsp\\; I am sure he is very happy
My co-worker paid almost $5K more for his used 2006 Ultra than I paid for my new 08 Ultra
He is very happy and thinks he got a great deal on a used bike and for him he did
When it came time for my purchase I took three months going dealer to dealer
He watched me walk out on several dealers
I went to one dealer that had over 100 Ultra's and did not want to deal at ALL
Another dealer was waaaaay over the others and I still get calls and e-mails from them

Moral here is some people don't want to bicker with sales people
I would say just be happy for your dad and let him enjoy his SG

Good Advice, My Wife and I just bought two 2008 Street Glides both loaded out with all or most of the options. Mine is the 105 Anniversary $22,270, her black SG $20,500. But we all end up spending more than the original purchase price, tax, title, license, dealer charges, fog lamps, adjustable fairing louvers, more chrome, Stage I air cleaner, ect....you get my drift.

If he is happy then so should we all be, because it's just the beginning. My brother laughed when one day after spending more money on his bike and asked me what HD stood for? I said Harley Davidson, he replied nope, Hundreds of Dollars. We all love spending the money even though we all gripe about how expensive every HD accessary cost but we keep buying the stuff anyway.
