Was riding into Downey to my doctors appointment today, some ditzie broad on a cell phone about to change lanes into me, I saw her before not paying attention so I anticipated it. Just when she started over into my lane I layed on the Mini-Beast for a long blast. I know she wet her seat and she dropped her phone! Laughed my a$$ off and just shook my head as I passed her, wished I was working, could have gotten a stat out of it. Maybe I'll mount two Mini-Beasts...have twice the fun!!!

Hello-
Do the Wolo, Strebel and Mini beast all have the same "guts"?&nbsp\\;They look the same except the minibeast has that square cover with the slots covering the mechanicals, but for about $60 more.Wolo from Northern Tool looks just like Strebe Nautilus.
&nbsp\\;

&nbsp\\;
Wolo from Norther Tool $59 (above
)Mini beast $117
&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
Stebel Nautilus- $49
They all look the same to me.&nbsp\\;Anyone compared them?
Cheers!

The mini-beast is a Strebel mounted in a plastic chrome box.&nbsp\\; It has the bracket and all needed wiring.&nbsp\\; It takes about 30 minutes to install.&nbsp\\; It takes all the hassle out of what bracket to get etc.&nbsp\\; It looks good. It sounds good. It works, and for some of us it is worth it!

Have you guys installed the relay and the wiring provided or did you just plug it into the factory horn wires?
I have not installed mine yet but I did test it out by unplugging the factory horn and plugging the Stebal in and gave it a quick blast. Very load! I read somewhere that if the relay was not used you would burn up the factory wiring because it cant handle the load.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

You can not use the factory wiring. It puls 20 amps when charging. It will fry the factory wiring. You need to add the fuse/wiring harness/ etc that comes with the Mini Beast.

They come with a relay and wire order is easy to do. Two wires go old horn wires and one to breaker to the battery and last is a ground. I also use a small piece of angle to go over the bolt slot to keep it in place.
