take it easy for the first couple hundred miles, then ride it like you stole it!!
I'd wait on the complete&nbsp\\;stage 1 untill the first 1000 mile service. But that's Me.
Have FUN and enjoy your new ride!!

I picked up my new RKC last weekend.
&nbsp\\;
They told me no fast starts and keep it under 55 mph for the first 55 miles, then under 65 until 500 miles again with no fast starts. Vary speed, no real long stretches of constant speed.

Ride it like you are going to ride it all the time from the very start. If you ride hard, then ride it hard. The thing about breakin is the ring seating and heat cycleing. Nightrider has some really good reads on the subject.
