noise while leaning

My dealer told me the same thing as an earlier post, that it is the disc brakes. There is very little clearance between the pad and rotor so when leaning the small amount of clearance is lost when the wheel moves a small amount to the side as a result of bearing clearance. I don't know if they are correct but it has done it since I bought it in 2011 and I have a little more than 13k miles on it now.

My '08 Ultra makes a "whining/groaning" sound when leaned over in a turn to the right or left, especially at slower speeds. My first thought was the steering head(?) Was going to mention it to the dealer next time I'm in for something. Wasn't anything I'm too worried about, but doesn't seem to me to be anything related to my wheels/tires. Just my two cents.
