I have a 08 EGC,have it about a month 3300 miles, it the hottest bike I have ever ridden. I have a 03 RKC and there is no comparison as far as heat.
My daughters right leg was burning up tonight. I have to do something, maybe Nightrider Xide.
P.S> I would like to keep it as stock as possible.

I have an 08 too - yeah, it be hot. Runs strong and smooth tho.

 

need to get&nbsp\\;it remapped . richen up the mix cools it way off.&nbsp\\; Dont know if the stage 1 download will do it for ya or if you need to&nbsp\\;get a SERT

 

xied and an oil cooler helped me alot next ill try pipes probably 2-1. oh&nbsp\\;and open up those fairing wings it&nbsp\\;helps

 

My 08 Ultra was hot as well. I tried PCIII, RJ's and finally true duals. The true duals cooled it down a lot.

 

Dyno and remap will fix the heat issues.

I got stuck in traffic and thought my pants were going to start on fire.
I'm going to use this as justification to get rid of the stock exhaust.
The wife will believe anything.

 

traffic will do... I noticed time will do it too, Mine was super hot when she was new, now it's not as hot

 

Good tuner, AC and mufflers will help!&nbsp\\; I forgot how hot mine was until I sat on a friends new Softail the other day.
