Soft lowers for the rain and cold?

Soft lowers for the rain and cold?
Well I order those soft lowers for my EG and now I find two things. One they can only be used when it is above 50 degree's?? and the one's from Harley that have the shield on them wont line up with the hwy pegs, ( hole in the lowers that is ) so now I have to get something else. I wonder why the things wont accomidate the hwy pegs?

They are pretty sweet. True you arent supposed to use them above 50, but if it were raining I think you may be ok.

If you think about it, anywhere HD put the slot for the pegs is going to cause someone problems, too many different ways to mount 'em. \\; My wife and her sewing machine fixed mine for me. \\; It's a simple job.
