I am looking at a 2005 Road King in St. Paul, MN. the owner is asking $13,200. The bike is in great shape but has 19,000 miles. My question is how many miles is too many? i am new to harley's so i wanted to get some opinions on if this bike has too many miles. should i be concerned? and how many miles can you expect from a bike like this.

Not many at all!&nbsp\\; You can get alot of miles out of a maintained Twin Cam or EVO motor.

That's not bad, I have over 21,000 on my 07 RKC

 

The only thing I'd do is have the camchain shoes checked,should be fine though at that low mileage.
My 2000 FLHTC has 140,000 miles on it,a li'l more than that bike.

 

That's really low mileage for that year. My '06 has 20k and I expect to go another 80 before a rebuild.

 

I have 20k on my 07 lowrder and 55k on my 04 Road Glide.

 

Agree with the above...I've had my '08 for 6 months and have 7500 miles on it&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; 19k is not too many miles&nbsp\\;for a 3 year old&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; touring bike.

 

you really have that many miles what have you had to do to i major wise&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; ......&nbsp\\; thats great
