RE: How many miles is too many miles, please help
It's probably higher than average, especially in snow country. \\; Not sure what the average is in that part of the country, maybe 3-4000 miles a year, which would equate to around 10000 miles on a \\;3 year old \\;bike. \\; \\;Don't go by Kelly Blue Book, pretty much useless, good for very general ideas only. \\;
Probably a pretty good deal.

02 Ultra Classic\\; 95,500 miles and planning on putting on 10,000 more in July. \\; Put a SE 103 kit in it 35,000 miles ago just for kicks and giggles. \\; Now installing 6 speed trans \\;for the same reason, original trans I just took out looks good as new.
 \\;
19,000 is still a baby-If its been maintained well, go for it.

The only thing I'd do is have the camchain shoes checked,should be fine though at that low mileage.
My 2000 FLHTC has 140,000 miles on it,a li'l more than that bike.

At 100K with expired warranty bumped the compression with another .010 over 10.25 pistons and added Baisley heads,S&\\;S 570G cams etc.
Still runs like a scalded dog.
Biggest repairs have been replacing a cracked swingarm at 110,000 miles and a new main wiring harness,too many trips in extreme heat down in the desert SW and too much time in the rain here in the PAC NW took it's toll on the wiring.
Bike still ran good but was having issues with the headlight and speedometer,just bit the bullet and got all new wires.
