The ( for the lack of a better term) throttle cam stop screw. what the cam stop rest against at idle. was backing out and holding the throttle open at idle. as it got further out, the more loose it became which accelerated the problem. \\;\\\\\\; so anytime the cam stop was not against the screw it was vibrating further out.  \\;\\\\\\; Hope that makes sense. \\;\\\\\\; I turned it back in and loc-tited it with the blue loc-tite.  \\;\\\\\\;
