New Road Glide Seat?

New Road Glide Seat?
I have a 2001 Screaming Eagle Road Glide with the stock seat and adjustable backrest. The problem is that the upswing of the seat rising to the tank is not comfortable in the crotch area if you know what I mean. I may look into removing some padding to lower that area or another seat that will work with the backrest. Any suggestions?

Forget about the backrest and buy Le Pera Maverick model seat. Has high back and will break in in crotch and upper thigh area 2-300 miles. Best investment I ever made. I am 65 & can run 800 a long day 2-3 days in a row with this seat without a problem. Very well made.

Diamond Gussett Jeans were recommended to me after I experienced very similar problems, sweat, sliding forward, *** burn. I have several pair now. Along with an Air Hawk pad to help eliminate the sweat I am very happy with long rides here in the S/E. Give them a look. $45.00 for a pair. Cheaper than a new seat. Good luck.
