Default New to the family

Here's hoping this post finally works.
&nbsp\\;
Well, instead of going to Port Dover with the masses, I went bike shopping.&nbsp\\; I figured there would be no one else out, so it would cut down on the competition.&nbsp\\; Picked myself up a 2007 Ultra.&nbsp\\; Keeping the Deuce to show off, and now I have the touring bike for the long hauls.&nbsp\\; I put a ton of miles on, and figured out it was about time I got me one of these babies.&nbsp\\; And for those who think touring bikes are for old people, they can kiss my ***.
&nbsp\\;
Anyways, just a brief thank-you in advance for any questions I may have.
&nbsp\\;
Actually, here's my first one - the running lights, on either side of the headlight - these things can be on for extended periods of time, right?&nbsp\\; They won't burn out?&nbsp\\; Please excuse the stupidity - this is my first touring bike, period.&nbsp\\; I'm overwhelmed by the fact that for my next trip, I can actually bring shoes.

Had mine 6 years and running them full time. The replacement bulbs are inexpensive the ones with the replacable interior bulb cost a bit more. Be seen not worn.

This is my Deuce, "Overtime"
&nbsp\\;

&nbsp\\;
Don't ask me what it is with all the blue.&nbsp\\; I didn't even want blue the first time.&nbsp\\; When I bought my tins for Overtime from KC Customs out of Kali, I kept looking at the blue.&nbsp\\; It's a candy cobalt from House of Colour with ghost flames.
&nbsp\\;
Now I went and couldn't keep my eyes off the Ultra that's the cobalt pearl.&nbsp\\; I'm destined to have blue bikes.
&nbsp\\;
PS - thanks for the info on the lights.

The miles melt away on a bagger. You can ride as far as the fuel lets you.
