Gotta have Allman Bros. Whipping Post or Statesboro Blues and don't forget The Doors Soul Kitchen and when things get mellow, don't forget some Marley.

I don't want to get this thread off course, but can someone tell me how to or where to go to learn how to post music on a cd in the mp3 format. FYI, I haven't ever downloaded music at all. I really want to make a cool cd for my ultra. I would custom order and pay a reasonable fee if that is an option. Thanks alot, Gene

Fatboy, check out MP3Rocket, for $9.95 download unlimited music for a year. You will need some MP3 burning software to create MP3's...........Nero is one of many, very cheap also.

just wanted to mention here that I dont see a reason to pay for MP3Rocket. Your not paying for the right to download the songs and burn them. Your simply paying for file sharing software. MP3Rockets FAQ says it connects to the Gnutella network... same as WinMX, Napster (used to anyway), LImeWire... I'm sure there have been lots more... currently LImeWire is still available, can get it for free. I wont give an opinion on whether one should get music this way to protect the innocent, or the guilty... or ME and no comment on whether I would use such a program, although will say LImeWire works pretty good . As for burning software I use NERO, there are others that are free Nero is not, but like most software can be had that way if you look hard enough. If your creating a CD for a stereo thats MP3 compatable, burn your mp3's in file mode, not in "make a music cd mode" or whatever if you do that it will convert your mp3's to .wav format then burn them... only get 14 or so songs on a cd that way. The new HK radios in touring bikes will play cd's with music in MP3 format. I got almost 165 songs on one that way... course that all depends on what bitrate they were ripped at and how big the files for each song are.

I suggest some hard core gangster rap with lots of screaming and cussing. This way when you pull up to your destination, no one will eff with you!

IUs the CD on an 05 MP3 compatable? What do you mean by buring as a file instead of music CD? Can you elaborate a little....assuming the 05 is MP3 camptable?? Thanks!

Hi,
I just noticed at the local Sam Goody music store that you can make a MP3 CD right in the store. Just a thought if you haven't done this before.
