Had the same problem with a set of samson dresser duals (true duals) didn't have a single pair of jeans with out a burn hole in the left inner thigh. replaced it with a supertrapp supermeg 2-1. no burn on the left and because the rear pipe goes foward before it loops back no heat problem on the right either

Everyone is mentioning RJ Originals and he is a straight up guy to deal with. I put these on another bike and frankly didn't like the way they looked. Anyway, that bike was traded off two years ago. Then some guys I rode with had something called Cool Thighs. These slip under the front of the seat (takes all of 5 seconds to put them on \\;
plus you can use them on ANY Harley!) and work better IMHO than RJ Originals or anything HD has to offer. I'd buy them again, but since they'll go from bike to bike, I don't have to!!! \\;
