I was looking around at my local HD dealer today. This ALWAYS gets me in trouble!! Anyway, one thing I have always liked on the ultra over my elecrta was the rear tour pack break lights and side marker lights. The break lights are WAY to much work and $$ to spend to get on my bike BUT I think the side marker lights: http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/g...bmLocale=en_US
may be an option. Are any of you with EGC running this without the tour pack breaklights? Does the tour pack look okay with "just" the side marker lights? Oh, and were they as easy to install as the look to be??

One of the 1st mods I did were the side marker lights. Took all of maybe 15 minutes to install. I also added the TP LED Spoiler.

 

If ya like smoke better than the red I have the parts break-down for the kit where you can order everything but the light assembly. Then order the smoke LED side marker lights from Walters Workshop. Just throwing that out to ya if you like smoke better than red.

 

That is what I have on mine, it came that way.

 

if a bulb goes out can you replace a bulb or is the entire light bar in need of replacment if that happens?

I think it looks great. I really dont like the look of the extra lights on the back. And no you cannot replace the bulbs, but they arent bulbs, they are LEDs

 

Hey, thanks! Good to know that they are LED's. LED's should last a LONG time. Look forward to the dealership getting them in stock this week and getting them for my ride!. My dealer said these used to be STOCK up until 06. Guess this is why they stopped making them stock. Guys like me run out to buy them for my ride!! Gotta love HD's thinking!!!

I have had mine on for just about 2 years and everything still lights up

 

two year, that's good to know. I know they "only" cost $100 to replace but hell, it's a $100 I can **** away on something else. Glad to hear they last a while!
