I have been wearing Olympia mesh pants in silver for the past two summers. Most comfortable pants for the long haul I have found. They have a great waterproof, insulated liner that can be worn on the outside on cool mornings. Cost around $200 but worth every penny.
Not really acceptable in the Harley community but at my age could care less.
