Default TP Engineering Rockers

A friend of mine has a set of TP engineering pro series roller rockers I can get for $50. Brand new in the box. He paid $289 for them but now he needs cash. Unfortunately he wont be getting his project finished any time soon due to recent unemployment. Are these rocker arms worth buying?

just be aware you have to grind down the inside of the top rocker boxes for clearance.
