4,200 miles & no issues here like that. I do note that when the radar stands on the side of the road flash my speed my speedometer seems to register @ 5 miles faster than the display on the road says. I wonder which is more accurate?

I believe that irresponsible would be NOT sharing the information with people like YOU.
If you would have taken the time to read the entire post, you would have seen that I also said the 08's were the best bikes Harley has produced.
What would you call it besides "on the rise" if six 08 \\;bikes came in on the same weekend with the same problem?
