Just returned from a 2 day 850 mile ride from Louisiana to Alabama. Rode the interstate all the way. No problems whatsoever, great bike great ride! I can't believe how great my 2008 Ultra is, I'm impressed.

I remember a time when a bad speedo just quit working and that was that. Now they kill the bike. I wonder what genius at the MOCO designed that system? Do these speedos have "Made in China" stamped on the back by any chance??

Good luck,

John

I'm wondering how a defective speedometer could cause your bike to shut off? Are you sure your service manager knows what he's talking about or did he pull this explanation out of his a** as is so often the case?

1,200 miles, no speedometer problems other than it reads about 3 MPH higher than the GPS.
