Default Wind In The Face

After 3 hours of cleaning the RK today, I took a little ride without the windshield. It's a whole different ride, felt really good

I've taken the windshield off just once ... not sure I liked it ... felt like someone was pushing me back (the wind maybe?) ... I always wonder how the folks without windshields handle the high speed cruising ... I'll have to try it again ...

When I was Young, a windshield or fairing was a Dirty word. Funny how time changes a guy. Now I wouldn't be caught dead without a wind Breaker and I don't mean a jacket.......hdman

Riding without a windhsiled does feel good, however i do not know if I could stand it doing 700 to 800 miles a day on a long trip. Sturgis last summer it was real hot and i rode without a helmet all week. I would not normally ride without a helmet, but it did feel good.
