I have the same bike and color. 08 model and of course I would love to post pics but can't seem to upload any no matter what I do.
So proud of this bike as you are, went to the dragon this past memorial wkend and had a great time. I will be up there again on most wkends that the weather looks good as I only live three hours from there here in Atlanta Ga.
I like the few mods you have done so far and will probably do a couple of the same ones.

To all you EGC Riders, I just love the EGC with the tourpack detatched and the solo seat. I can't wait to set mine up like this. WE HAVE THE BEST OF THE BEST.
I have my 1000 mile service this coming month (june) and I am also considering getting my front forks chromed. I love to ride my Rig and I am fortunate to have the Bike I wanted especially the color.

I also love the EG classic, it comes with all I would want on a bike except cruise control which is no big deal to add on. I keep my bike stripped down without tourpack 99% of the time, but for road trips it's awesome. It's an awesome machine and easily a daily commuter for me year around.
