I gotta tell ya. Mine never did come out. I actually gave up and sent back the performance baffles I had purchased. I made a slide hammer and all and beat the living hell out of the baffle and it never budged. I hope you have better results. By all accounts they should come out without a hitch. Mine didn't. GOODLUCK!!!!!

I had mine out yesterday changing the end caps and baffles came out with end cap, 1 hit with rubber hammer and I was free from the end cap

Once the end caps are off, try to move the baffle back and forth to loosen it up a bit thengrab the baffle with a small pair of vice grips, while holding the vice grips take a rubber mallet and hit the muffler downward and it should come out. You only have to use the mallet if they are a little stubborn like mine were.

And FEAR you want louder baffles for your check out Big City Thunder, just put them in my RH TD's and they sound awsome.

heated them with a heat gun good n hot poped right out.

Well they arrived today & I changed them.
They were a B**ch comeing out, I used a small vice grip to grab the baffel
and then hooked a large vice grip to the small one, so I could pound them out with a hammer.
It took alot of wiggileing the baffel and pounding to get them out.
