Changeing Rinehart Baffles

RE: Changeing Rinehart Baffles
I gotta tell ya. Mine never did come out. I actually gave up and sent back the performance baffles I had purchased. I made a slide hammer and all and beat the living hell out of the baffle and it never budged. I hope you have better results. By all accounts they should come out without a hitch. Mine didn't. GOODLUCK!!!!!

Once the end caps are off, try to move the baffle back and forth to loosen it up a bit thengrab the baffle with a small pair of vice grips, while holding the vice grips take a rubber mallet and hit the muffler downward and it should come out. You only have to use the mallet if they are a little stubborn like mine were.
And FEAR you want louder baffles for your check out Big City Thunder, just put them in my RH TD's and they sound awsome.

RE: Changeing Rinehart Baffles
Well they arrived today & I changed them.
They were a B**ch comeing out, I used a small vice grip to grab the baffel
and then hooked a large vice grip to the small one, so I could pound them out with a hammer.
It took alot of wiggileing the baffel and pounding to get them out.
