Just had a 110 kit installed from a 103.
power vision tuner
Arlen Ness intake
Fab28 2 into 1
Wood 555 cams
ported heads
increased compression 10.5 to 1

109.5 HP 128(ish) TQ

Nice.

I was going to get personalized plates - "I8A CVO" - but didn't want to get into racing every bike I meet.

When someone pulls up next to me and sees the 131 and starts revving and what not, I just putter off the line, let them get ahead, then blow by them in 4th or 5th with only 1/4 throttle. It is pretty sick, I get on highway and am going 90 in 4th at 3500RPM, and its so smooth I don't even notice how fast until I look at speedo.
