I have a question regarding the torque curve.
For a true touring bike, long distance 3000 mile trips, Interstate and 2 lane mountains.
What should a torque curve line look like? Mostly flat or early peak or late peak?
I'm considering a 124" build and of course, fuel isn't always the best when traveling.
