DYNO Numbers for Baggers???

In that case, I suggest to clean up your throttle body eliminating all sharp edges and smoothing the internal curves, use grit #100 cloth sand paper. Also, think on to increase a step up your fuel injectors, I believe you have 3.9 injectors. About your tune, just increase your AFR to 13 to 12.8 or 12.5. If you have the chance to upgrade to TTS, do it.
You will be more than happy with this tips on board.
If you need more, then replace your heads with 2006 or later and increase the valves size, check your chamber volume and adjust it in reference with selected cam. I did little bit more than that in my 2012 RK and the factory rear Dunlop can't handle the power, it feel like if the clutch is slipping at each power shift.
Good luck

Last week i had Fred from Dr.Dyno just do a test run on my 16 as i was curious to how the power vision auto tune tuned it. Long story short it got just over 80 hp and 100 tq. Its a stock 103 with A/C and a Bassani head pipe and V&H twin slash mufflers. According to the dyno the power vision got the front cylinder pretty good but the rear is running lean. We also think part of the lean reading is from him not being able to get the wand into my exhaust far enough. The Bassani down under head pipe has 2 pretty extreme bends rite at back of muffler. I ran a few more auto tune sessions and think its dialed in really well now. Will have to have him test it again.
