My 06 Electra Glide ( that I wrecked about three weeks ago and had to replace) was the 88A motor.
S+S slip on mufflers with stock header pipes with cross over.
S+S Tear Drop Air Cleaner.
Power Commander III, with custom map.

This bike made 74 HP, and 78 Ft Lbs Torque.
The revlimiter was left at 5700 RPM, and the torque was still climbing when she hit the rev limiter, ( dont think she had much torque left though, starting to flatten out).

I used to have a 04 Phat Boy,'
Thunder slide kit, with thunderslide spring andlarger jet and Thunder Slide Imulsion Tube, (cant remember the jet size, up two sizes from stock I think).
V+H Big R pipes.

The dyno numbers were almost the same as the above numbers for my 06 Electra Glide. A little less torque if I remember rite due to the V+H pipes, compared to the S+S mufflers (Which I really liked by the way).
I still have those mufflers. A little scratched up from the wreck, but nothing that would be easily noticed when there on the bike.

01 Ultra
88 C.I.
PCIIIR
V&H Pro Pipe
K&N AC
72hp
81.2 tq

These dyno numbers are from last year when the bike had 56,000 miles on it. After hearing too many horror stories about chain drive cam failures, I decided to go to gear drives. The bike now has 62,000 miles and I installed S&S 510 G cams with S&S EZ install pushrods. I also replaced the lifters and downloaded a map from my Power Commander CD-ROM. The bike runs strong, and the spark plugs look good. The bike does have a slight hiccup at idle, but as soon as I crack the throttle, she scoots! I plan to have the bike dyno'ed soon, as I'm curious where my numbers are at.

Just had my bike dynoed after the 95" BB kit. At first, I was a little disappointed but after reading a lot of numbers on here, I think I am about right.

Please, comment on this to let me know if how are my numbers.

2004 RKC
Stage 1 A/F
95" BB
SE 211 cams
Rinehardt true duals
Power Commander

That is all

84 H.P. 92 Torque.

The mechanic said they run conservative numbers. I am not sure what that meant. The phone kept ringing so I didn't get him to elaborate.

Those are good numbers for that build. One of my bros has the exact same build on his 05 ultra and I can leave him behind since my cam change on an 88 inch motor. If your looking for more torque, every mechanic I've talked to says go to a 2 into 1 exhaust.

I just took my '07 Street Glide from the Harley stage 2 and made changes as below.....runs good

I took my 50 state street legal Street Glide with103 kit and made some changes -

----Stock Heads----

Bike was -
[ul][*]103 ci[*]catalytic mufflers (by SE)[*]SE 255 cam[/ul]Now changed to
[ul][*]Dave Mackie TC 510L[*]Rinehart True Duals[*]Power Commander[/ul]Hopefully the dyno run will be visible below. If not --it went from 75 to 92 HP
and Tq went form 94 -to 104.

My next step will likely be head work and a more aggressive cam, but for now I'm happy with these bolt on changes.

If the dyno image doesnt show... go here:

I have hadno internal motor mods done for me yet. I do have a K&N Highflow Air Cleaner kit and SEII slip ons with a stage 1 sownload. I am getting ready within in the next week to bump to a 95 inch build with cast 10.25:1 pistons, either 211 or 251 cams, SERTand no additional head work. The dealership was having an open hose this past weekend so I had them dyno mine so I could see how much improvement I got for the money spent. think this is the way to go for 2 up riding wth more umph to accellerate and pass.
