jeepster, can you provide more info on the build using the Andrews TW-31. Is the Dyno available to post? It sounds like you were running it @ 10.0:1 or so compression.

Thanks,
PHR
My build:

Kuryakken 26G cam
Andrews gear drive
Overflow air filter
Kuryakken forged hi-comp pistons at 10.44 to 1 comperssion ratio
95"
Stock heads ported by Bob Wright at R&D Performance
Kuryakken 57 mm throttle body
S.E. Race Tuner
Runs on 91 octane gas w/ no pinging at any rpm
Super Trapp 2 into 1 exhaust
VPC clutch plate with S.E. spring

I used R&D Performance and World Class Tuning in Watertown MN. I should of went here first and save alot of money! These guys are awesome! Many thanks to Bob Wright and Mike Rolland.
Holy COW!!!! Andrews says the 26's will ping like mad above 9.3:1. How did you get it to 10.44? That is great!

It is not an Andrews cam, it is a Kuryakken Wild Things 26G cam.

'06 Ultra 88"
SE ac w/K&N filter
S&S 510g cams
D&D Interceptor Slip-ons
PCIII

78.8 HP
85.8 Torque

EDIT: The D&D's were too loud so I got a set of HD Touring Mufflers....much quieter now, but I lost maximum hp and torque. If you look at normal riding range of 2500 to 3500rpm, they are almost the same.

76.9 HP
76.9 Torque

I cant post my sheet but my 2004 Springer has a dyno run of 79/84.3.
88 in. Stock
Stage 1
Vance Hindes big shots
PC111

I am vary sad to trade it in on my new 07 SG. The SG will be a better bike than the Springer for sure..WOW cant wait to get her!
