Re-tuned and tweaked FLHTI 2005

NOW I'M SMILIN!!!

Torque comes on at 2500 and goes right to 100. Flat torque line right accross till torque peaks at 108.25. Horsepower then hitts 80 at 4000 rpm and continues climbing to 121.41 at 6000 rpm.

It does; It's nice to finally get the right combo after all the iniatial misdirection from the so called experts. Whats also nice is all this power and it stilll starts good and uses standard premium pump gas with no additives and no pinging.

jeepster, can you provide more info on the build using the Andrews TW-31. Is the Dyno available to post? It sounds like you were running it @ 10.0:1 or so compression.

Thanks,
PHR

PHR,

Is the graph you posted a build w/510's (tuned by Dean)? It has nice peak torque #'s, but as with most 510 builds it does not come on "strong" until 3k+. Also curious what else is in that build...????....

Phil, it is not my bike so I am not sure who did the tune. What I do know is:

95" @9.3:1
Heads
Rinehart Duals

PHR - Not quite sure when or why I blamed the 510's???? Nice graph, I bet that bike is a blast to ride.

Just had my 03 Screaming Eagle Road king Re-mapped with a custom map by Eastern Performance who installed my Rineharts, PC111 and big sucker a/c and originally mapped it in Oct. 05. Was popping and carrying on.
Fowled plug and running a little lean. Matt the tuner said he could lift the front wheels off the ground when he hit second after the custom map.

Runs great now

102.1 HP

104.2 ft/lb torque

AFR 13.6

My build:

Kuryakken 26G cam
Andrews gear drive
Overflow air filter
Kuryakken forged hi-comp pistons at 10.44 to 1 comperssion ratio
95"
Stock heads ported by Bob Wright at R&D Performance
Kuryakken 57 mm throttle body
S.E. Race Tuner
Runs on 91 octane gas w/ no pinging at any rpm
Super Trapp 2 into 1 exhaust
VPC clutch plate with S.E. spring

I used R&D Performance and World Class Tuning in Watertown MN. I should of went here first and save alot of money! These guys are awesome! Many thanks to Bob Wright and Mike Rolland.
