New run with the D&D Fatcat installed. I'm pretty impressed with what a pipe change can do!!!

Default Dynos

Way cool!! I hope this Dyno thing will cure my over heat problem.
I just put 510 gear driven cams and a race tuner and had my 06
88 CI. Ultra Dynoed at S.L.C. Ut Harley Davidson and what a difference!!!
My starting numbers with just the new cam were Max power 66.88 and Max Torque 96.65. After installing the race tuner and Dyno numbers came out Max Power 76.03 and Max Torque 81.50. Best money spent yet!!!

SKG57,
It would seem you have your before & after torque numbers backwards ?
What matters is that your happy with the ride.
I have a roaddog that has the 510's in his 88" 03 road king with cycle shack 2 into 2 and high flow air breather, with almost the same numbers 78/96 and is very happy with the torque curve - pulls nice from roll on to about 5000 and unless your drag racing all the time you really don't ride above 5000 rpm's very often.
I think it will help with the heat, but hurt a little on mileage - fair trade off, and if the tune was done right it won't hurt that much.

My 04 Ultra has 70.3 HP and 80.68 pounds torque. I have the SE Air Cleaner and Super Tuner with HD Touring slipon mufflers. Dollar for dollar it was great upgrade. Thanks, bro for the 203 cam and the exhaust pipes.

Good/Bad?? Comments?, suggestions ???
That is low for your set-up...I just installed S&S 510G's with V&H duals,PCIII, and high flow air filter and got 83 HP, 85 ft/lbs torque...oh and I'm getting 40 MPG. I would seek a different tuner that knows what he is doing. The numbers you posted look like basically stock with stage I.
