DYNO Numbers for Baggers???

RE: DYNO Numbers for Baggers???
ok guys hold on. When I had the jugs from the 95kit sent in to the diamond cutter... the dealership sent in a set of 2006 heads with them. The heads ,Iinspected before they left and the parts guy told me they had 750 mi. on them. They did this for me so I didn't have to have my bike torn down till the diamond cut was done (aprox.3 weekks) Sooo I do have '06 heads(stock) except for the diamond cut, on my bike now with those numbers. I dont know if there are any diferences between the years of the heads but the newer heads are on my 95 kit.

I just had my RG intake gaskets replaced and pc 3 with dino. It,s the 2 nd time in 3 months This time harley dealer. The dino room was inclosed in a sound proof glass room with a monitor where I could see what was going on cool.No poping It still has a slight miss at the low end as you can see with the chart.

RE: DYNO Numbers for Baggers???
With your HP/TQ (79/90) numbers and '06 heads compared to my HP/TQ (79/99) numbers and '03 head sure looks like there is some flow difference. I always thought that better flow made better HP numbers. In this case HP is equal. I suppose it could be the difference between a PCIII (you) and SERT (me) and the tune. I guess I'll have to do more eatin'............
Anyway, in about 4 weeks, I'll have ported heads installed and dyno'ed. I am shooting for 100/100. I'll post the info when it is available.

Had my SG on the Dyno today.
92 ft/lb torque
82 hp.
Air/fuel ratio off. I have ordered a SERT, and hope to do some tuning on it later.
Bike has 95" kit, S&S 510 cams, mild head work, Harley download, new style injectors, RB Racing 2 into 1 exhaust.

Did you get a dyno print out w/that tune? I've really been wanting to see one from a bike using the RB pipe! Also, how does it sound?
I bet it rides a lot better now, huh?

I was in the dyno room when he was doing the tests, so I did not get a print out. I was more concerned with the air/fuel ratio as I had an air/fuel meter on my bike that was reading very lean at certain rpm's. Well thank goodness, my meter is incorrect and the bike is not that lean. I have had the RB pipes on my 3 other HD's, great quality. I decided to go with the ceramic coated ones this time because they guarantee them not to blue. The sound can be a little RUDE if you realy get on it, but I love the sound and it makes the cagers take notice and I believe the sound has saved my butt.
