Dealer installed new, first sheet is with SERT. Had a problem between 2000-2400 rpms. Tech sad they could not tune below 15% throttle, which is where that rpms was in 6th gear. At no cost to me, replaced the SERT with a Power Commander that is the second sheet.
No offense brother, but I'd be disappointed. You must have went to a Stealer for the Tune. Most of the MOCO Stealers around here don't know how to tune a PC or a SERT unless they can just drop in a canned map.

Default Dyno Numbers for Baggers

I have an 03 Bagger that was rebuilt last year using the following:

Hemi 95 CID Heads, Cylinders and Pistons
SE Cam and Throttle Body
D&D FatCat Big Bore Header Pipe

I just posted 113HP in a Horsepower Competition in Daytona Beach last week.

That sounds about right. My '08 bagger had roughly the same with a pclll, a/c and bub7 true duals.

Need advice. I have a 06 Ultra Classic that over heats above 95 degrees and runs like crap in stop & go traffic. I've heard that dynoing it it the only answer. I have the H/D stage one with K&N air filter with true duals with Vance & Hines slip ons. I live just outside of S.L.C. Ut. Please Help I Love My Ride...

A fuel management aid, Power comander, SE Race tuner, TTS or the likes will defnetly help both with the overheating and most likely give you more Tq. & HP. The key is a good Tune(er)
Talk to Jammie at Fuel Moto USA even if you don't buy from him (which I would)
With your set-up you could get a canned map, but IMHO it would be well worth it to do it right and have it mapped on a dyno with a good tuner.
Also of note: If you are thinking of Cams, Big Bore or any other mods do it all then get it mapped so you save remapping cost.

Default 09Glider

Thank You very much for the info. I'm going to take it to H/D of S.L.C. Ut. and get it Dynoed. That sounds like that's the trick.

Keep You Knees in the Wind!!!
