i just got my 08 streetglide back from the shop last weekend. with the harley part number 27544-10 build, which includes the 103" cylinders, the 10.5 compression ratio pop up forged pistons, the 259E cams, screamin eagle compensator, and manual compression releases, along with the vance & hines 2 into 1 pro pipe, my bike now dynos at 98.56 horsepower, and 104 ft lbs of torque. the interesting thing with this build is that i've got 90 ft lbs of torque at 1700 rpm's and steadily climbs till it peaks at 4,000 rpm's and hangs there through 4600 rpm's and drops to 100 ft lbs at 5,000 rpm's. a very linear torque curve, more of a straight line for the most part. a very slight dip in torque off idle at 2,000 rpm's but nowhere near what i've seen in most other dyno charts. the horsepower is also very linear, with no dips whatsoever, and peaks at 5500 rpm's. if i could figure out how to use my scanner in conjunction with my imac computer to where i could import the image from the scanner to the computer, i'd like to be able to display the dyno sheet. this build is all screamin eagle parts, i'm quite impressed. the kit also came with the sepst=screamin eagle pro super tuner. the dyno guy is quite a wizard and dialed my bike in to perfection for real world power rather than peaks which would be useless in the real world.
