OK, caveat that this is a sample of only 3 orders, 1from Chicago Harley and 2from Surdyke. Both had good discounts off retail with Chicago Harley at 20%, Surdykeat 17%-20%.Ontime to ship, no contest. Chicago Harley took way longer, over 3 weeks and I am not sure I would have gotten that quickly if I had not called to find out where my order was (they didn't update the order status on the website for over 2 weeks). Surdyke took about a week to ship on both orders, and they consistently sent emails notifying me that order was received and later that order was shipped. I therefore highly recommend Surdyke.com for those that want to mail order.

 

Place an order with Chicago H-D on Monday the 12th. Just got notification today that it shipped and will be here on Friday. Not bad...... 12 days from order to receipt of goods.Last time it was3 weeks...

 

I live in Norway, Europe. The dealer for me is Chicago Harley at 20. ACE!

They has always deliverered!

 

Guess it depends on what's more important. Money or time.

 

try zanotties also....i have gone through chicago took about 3 weeks but it was for painted parts so thats to be expected

since I live in IL I have no choice but to use Surdyke.

 

I've never had issues with Chicago HD, but would order from Zanotti anyday. They usually have a larger discount, I always get my parts faster (if in stock) than Chicago HD, and they're customer service is great. Surdyke is slower than molasses in December, and usually my last resort. I do use Clermont HD, because they are just17 miles from me, and sometimes have the parts I cannot get from Orlando HD (or I just want to take a nice ride).

 

Lake Shore HD is located outside of Chicago.
