I might be speaking too soon, but I so far have had good luck with Chicago HD, beats the rest of these dealerships around Chicago. They are the only ones that would deal on their bikes, and the only ones that I have found to offer a 20% discount on their HD parts...
Just my .02

I have used other companies for other NON-HD parts and there are better deals out there, but for HD parts, I would say Chicago is the place to go...

I've used Zanotti http://www.zanottimotor.com/and ManM Cycle https://www.mandmcycles.com/homepage.htm. No problems with both and both are 20% off list

I ordered a tour pack and rack for my RKC on may 9th from Chicago HD. Today is day 11 without hearing back from them about when the items would ship. I got an email today saying that it has been shipped ground and I can expect it on the 28th. I guess saving 20% is worth the wait.

I too have not as of yet enjoyed my experience with Chicago HD INTERNET sales. Please click on the below link to read what I have posted on another thread.

somone had posted that yes, but since then I have ordered twice from them and received everything no problem, even painted parts... no indication of any issues.

I disagree with you on that. When I ordered my Tour Pak setup, the tour pak alone was $50 cheaper from Chicago HD at$599 vrs. Zanotti's price of $649. When I ordered the Tour Pak lights chrome rail, saddlebag liners, and Tour Pak luggagerack, Zanotti was about $30 cheaper overallthan Chicago HD.

What I do is check prices at ALL available dealerships...Chicago HD, Surdyke, Zanotti's, Lakeshore HD, call each dealership for availablity. If reasonably close, the dealership with "IN STOCK" availability usually gets my business. Haven't ordered anything from Lakeshore, but give them a thumbs up on customer service due to the fact I called searching for a part ('saddlebag latch light kit'....now considered obsolete by H-D)....they didnt have it in stock, but DID tell me which dealerships did, as well as provide a contact number. That's always worth a nod.

Sound silly doing it this way? Maybe, but I usually get what I want....sometimes the $ doesnt matter that much.

My .02 worth....
