I bought plastic cable bundlers at Lowe's for $3.50. They are just the right size to hook onto your handle bars of any size since they come in a box of various sizes. I took a piece ofsmall/thin wire andwrapped on the backside of the holders (to make sure they never come off) and you don't ever see the wire!They even have a small base plate made into them AND sticky tape ready to go!

Find piece of flat plastic, stick it on. I drilled 2 small holes to be double sure the plate never comes off and put 2 small screws in them.
can put velcro on the pad and back of your item and you are set to go! I had a tech mount attachment that I attached to mine so that it's even removable!
