6-1 here.....6.5 Clearview w/re-curve works good in weather and winter......I use 4.5 Clearview w/re-curve in the summer. The re-curve adds 2 inches of protection so you can use a shorter shield.......don't F around with the cheap ones....buy a Clearview and forget about it MO

Im 6foot 3 and am running a 8inch clearview with recurve. Can still see over shield and have great protection from wind.

Don't know, I didn't even make it out of the dealer parking lot with the stock windshield. Promptly swapped it for an Ultra windshield. Demo ride told me I was going to have huge buffeting problem.

Tried a dark smoked 6 in HD...still to short for me. Went with a 8 in drag specialties...love it.

Im 5'-10" and got a 8" clearview. Im going to get the 6.5" cause it works so well.

But you have to make sure you specify the re-curve.

The 9 1/2 inch clear Electra Glide windshieldworks to keep the rain and most of the bugs out of my face and is still short enough for me to see over.

I've got am 8" Clearview recurve and it works, and is a very high quality shield, but for some reason the recurve look bothers me. Maybe a 6.5" wouldn't be as bothersome. That said my day in day out windshield for very good protection during other than the windiest days, (where nothing is really going to help much) is my 7" Cee Bailey opaque standard shaped shield. I'm 6' w/ a 32" inseam, so longer torso, and for me it offers the perfect blend of look and protection. Every now and then I put my 6" Slipstreamer on and that one inch really makes a difference for the worse. It's all about getting the right size that works for you AND what you're willing to put up with in terms of wind protection. The Bailey below:
