Default Mid Frame Heat Deflectors - any advice

I've reviewed some of the posts on the Mid-Frame Air Deflectors (HD 58022-07A and RJ's and Kury) ...

Now that summer is coming upon us, I am noticing that while ridingmy 08 Ultra Classic, that my legs are getting HOT (not so much my boys, but my legs/thighs are starting to cook). My wife has also noticed the heat on her legs when she rides with me.

anything new out there to help?anything that also worksfor the passenger? any preferences? [&:]

thanks ....

If you have the adjustable rider's backrest RJs is the only choice that will work....even if you don't have the backrest RJs are still the best choice...in my opinion. Put mine on a couple weeks ago and don't think they will ever be coming off.

I put the RJs on my Road King last Monday and put 900 miles on it since.
What a great piece. They work very well.
I am 100 % satisfied with the product.

RJ's are the best. They help with the heat and blend perfectly into the bike. Does not look like some piece of plastic that you hung on the bike.

I had looked around, and got a deal on the Harley model. I also liked the look of theirs on my black bike more than the RJs, but thats just my opinion. I put it on before riding up to Myrtle Beach from Ft. Laud. Noticed a big difference, especially when sitting at a light. Great item for little $$. Very pleased.

RJ's are the very best - why put anything less on your Harley?

Had the same problem. Check your local HD store. Their heat deflectors really work. I spend time in stopped traffic and they have eliminated the heat problem. No more red thigh.
