Ok I know Harkey's sometime seep or weep. But this is starting to bother me. Last year I installed a chrome inner primary on my 2005 RKC. Genuine Harley Part. Well ever since replacing after riding I get a seepage between the the inner and outer primary. I have taken it back apart and replaced the gasket twice used all the proper torque specs for the bolts. Has anyone else experenced this problem and how did you resolve. I am thinking of using perma tech gasket sealer. how would you all advise. thanks for any help.

Somtimes chrome on Chrome has a tendency to do this. I would use some 400 paper and carefully rough up the mating edges. But non drying permatex as you mention "Might do the trick" Could be also that one of your pieces is warped or not true flat. Does it leak in the same place each time you have replaced the gasket?
