Default Tour Pak Plug

I have an 03 Road Glide. The3 wire connector/plug under the seat for the Tour Pak, has no 12 volt output. I checked the fuses an none are blown. Is there anotherfuse that I can look for? Any troubleshootinghints would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I have attached the main harness wiring diagram for a 2005 FLTR. I assume the 2003 is similar. Note that the tour pak connector and rear light connector have the same ground and power paths. If the rear lights are working I would look for a break in the wires to the tour pak connector. Does the brake circuit get power?

Thanks,
Yes the Brake lights and running are working fine. I assumed the circiut was the same. Now I will have to verify the power at the
Red & Blue wires in front of the connector.using the Black wire as the ground. Might have to verify the black wire (ground )to the frame first. That way a least I know the black wire isis properly ground.

This may be a stupid comment, but are you pluggin' into the accessory plug. Turn you accessory switch on and see if you all the sudden have power? I have not looked for the tour pack plug, but I just added some wiring to the accessory plug and it is right under the seat as well so I wonder if they look the same.
