08 FLHRC, with ABS. Just changed the shocks, but that should have no effect. Strange 'binding' noise when I start, but can't here it while riding or coasting. The rotor is really hot! I have the Lyndall pads on and an OEM rotor that was polished by a HD dealer, but that should have only affected the 'inner circle'. I have about 600 miles on the new brakes and just noticed it.

Thoughts, remedies, how should I proceed.
